1.) The Requirement

- A brief description of the work need done and any timescales or deadlines

3.) The Quote

One of our friendly trades-men will contact you, usually within 24 hours, to have a chat about your requirements. If we can we'll give you a no obligation quote over the phone. However in most circumstance we will need to carry out a site visit to clarify the requirements and then provide you with a no obligation quotation.

4.) The Job

If you are happy with the quote, we'll arrange a date and time to start the work. We'll do the job, tidy up and leave you happy with a job well done.

5.) The Payment

Only once you are completely satified with the job will we accept our payment.
